Founded in 1.993 and based on the experience of Mr. Salvador Vila Horrach (founder, owner and administrator of AGA , Airlines Ground Assistance) with 40 years in the wolrd aviation through his services in various airline and handling companies:  

for MAERSK AIR as administrative representative for Spain, Airport Supervisor and Station Manager in Palma de Mallorca since 1.973.

AGA , Airlines Ground Assistance, s. l., initiated it´s activity in the Airport of Palma de Mallorca having among it´s first clients the companies:  

EBA (later sold and closed down)
 
In parallel, the danish company, Sterling Airways colapsed and their representative in Spain, Tolo Munar, joines AGA as co-founder.
In October 1.993 AGA , Airlines Ground Assistance, inaugurated their first offices in:

Las Palmas de Gran Canaria
Tenerife
 
absorbing in these airports the representation of the companies:
TRANSWEDE
who had been represented by the now defunct Sterling, who were later to resurge as Sterling European and subsequenly represented by AGA , Airlines Ground Assistance.
